This pricing overview shows how COD (Central Operations Dashboard) is billed: the modular, multi-tenant platform that brings IT documentation, CMDB (Configuration Management Database), NAC (Network Access Control), firewall and monitoring together in one management system, calculated fairly by seats (active users), tenants, assets and service level (SLA, Service Level Agreement).

The building-block principle: four components, one price

COD is built from clearly separated components. You combine exactly what fits your environment:

You pay for seats per user who actively works with the platform.
The tenant fee applies per tenant, based on the hosting model (Self, Shared, or Private Hosted).
We bill VAS (Value-Added Services) per tenant, tiered by asset count.
Service and support come as SLA packages for ongoing operations, plus optional support packs.

Seats and tenant form the foundation

The entry point is deliberately kept low: COD pays off from a small team all the way to multi-tenant operations.

All prices are suggested reference values (MSRP), net in EUR per month (unless stated otherwise).

COD Seat: €47.50 per seat/month (minimum purchase of 2 seats).
10% term discount on seats with a 36-month contract term.
Tenant Fee per tenant/month: Self Hosted €8, Shared Hosted €12, Private Hosted €12 (private hosting from 10 tenants).

Value-Added Services by asset size

VAS are billed per tenant and scale with the number of assets you manage. That ranges from a manageable single site to large infrastructure:

Tiered pricing per tenant and month: 59 €, 175 €, 475 €, 520 €, 956 €, 1.806 €, 2.925 € (depending on asset class).
Above 10,000 assets: an additional €390 per further 1,000 assets.
From 25.000 assets we prepare an individual quote, tailored to your scale.

A service level that fits your operations

Whether solid baseline operations or around-the-clock KRITIS requirements. Choose the right SLA package per account and month:

Basic 190 €, Advanced 390 €, Professional 890 €, Elite 2.490 €.
Higher tiers mean shorter response times and extended support.
Ideally combined with on-premises operation for full control of your data.

Support packs for projects & onboarding

For onboarding, migrations, or targeted help, there are one-time support packs with no ongoing commitment:

Pack S: 850 €, Pack M: 1.900 €, Pack L: 3.500 € (each one-time).
Useful for commissioning, data import or larger expansion stages.

Are the prices listed binding?

These are non-binding RRP guidance values, net in EUR per month, unless stated otherwise. Your final price depends on seat count, hosting model, asset size, and service level. We prepare an individual quote for you.

What does COD cost at a minimum?

The entry point is at least 2 seats at €47.50 each plus a Tenant Fee from €8 (Self Hosted). VAS and service packages are added as needed.

Do I get a discount for a longer term?

Yes. Seats come with a 10 % term discount on a 36-month contract. For very large environments from 25.000 assets, we calculate individually.
